Even though we're just two months into 2024, Mantle Ecosystem is bustling with activity. We've seen several integrations, some exciting giveaways, increases in the $mETH Double-Dose Drive cap, updates regarding Mantle EcoFund, and more. Stay informed about the latest developments within Mantle Network with our February roundup.
Mantle Records New TVL All-Time-High
In February, Mantle reached a new milestone by achieving record highs in Total Value Locked (TVL) at $778 million, according to data from L2Beats. Since its mainnet launch, Mantle has established itself as a prominent layer-2 (L2), attracting numerous protocols that are either building on or integrating with Mantle Network. New Ways to Acquire $MNT
The Mantle community can now find $MNT at several more exchanges, including top South Korean centralized exchange Bithumb, and leading exchanges Indodax and NovaDAX as well.
Gate.io now supports $MNT deposits and withdrawals through Mantle Network. Other exchanges that provide the same support are Bybit, MEXC and KuCoin.

Giveaway Season
Although the season of giving has passed, Mantle continues to reward its community with a series of giveaways. Earlier this month, we launched the Citizens of Mantle Swag Giveaway to celebrate our growing community of Citizens of Mantle (CoM) NFT holders. We gave away 20 exclusive Mantle swag packages. While this giveaway has concluded, don't miss out on future community giveaways. Join the CoM community and explore the listed NFTs on marketplaces like Mintle, Element, and Lootex.
Furthermore, to celebrate the Lunar New Year, Mantle introduced the Mantle Dragon Red Packet Giveaway event. In this event, 27 Mantle Ecosystem protocols collaborated to distribute over $100,000 worth of rewards in the form of Mantle's native token $MNT, various ecosystem token rewards from participating projects, and the Year-of-the-Dragon-exclusive $MDRAGON. This initiative was successfully brought to fruition by Peanut Protocol, marking the introduction of their new platform.
Finally, participants of Mantle Journey and Mantle Moonshot were able to claim their $MNT and other ecosystem token rewards for joining each respective program! While Mantle Journey reward claims have ended, users who have not claimed their Moonshot Protocol rewards may still do so from the Rewards page, or with corresponding participating protocols.
As a reminder for those who may have missed the announcement, the Mantle Treasury has decided to restake 100,000 of its $mETH on EigenLayer. Rewards will be distributed to $mETH holders on Mantle L2, including those utilizing $mETH within various dApps in Mantle Ecosystem. Further details will be released on Mantle's social media channels.
mETH Double-Dose Drive Cap Increase
Mantle's generosity doesn't end there, as we saw another increase in the $mETH Double-Dose Drive Cap. If you want to take advantage of the double market reference rate, head to Mantle LSP.
The Double-Dose Drive initiative has helped propel Mantle LSP to become the fourth-largest liquid staking protocol by TVL, which crossed the $1.8 billion mark in February, just three months after the launch of Mantle LSP.
Mantle EcoFund Commits Funding to IntentX
Building on the EcoFund developments discussed in the January's Monthly Mantle Moments, Mantle has recently announced its participation in the latest strategic funding round of IntentX. This investment in IntentX is consistent with the EcoFund's objectives — to deploy funding into ecosystem projects and support them to advance Mantle Ecosystem.

Web3 Lunar New Year Meetup
Head of Ecosystem Research, Derek Lim, was joined by a host of Mantle Ecosystem allies at the Web3 Lunar New Year Meetup. Some of the attending dApps consisted of Range Protocol, Metcene, Pixelmon, Chat3, KTX Finance, and ApeX Protocol.
ETHDenver
In this action-packed week, some of the Mantle team are currently working their way through ETHDenver side events as you read this!
